I will pack your order with care to be transported via courier service.
Risk of loss or damage of goods are passed on to buyers as soon as goods are sent to the courier office or loaded on their transport. Seller is not responsible for any loss or damage of goods during transit/shipment by the courier company. If your item is insured, we will help you to file a claim with the corresponding courier or insurance company.
We accept no responsibility for user initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during operation or use of product.
** Flammable, corrosive fluids, dangerous chemicals and explosive materials are not allowed to be shipped via air freight.

Return Policy
Only returns for reasons as stated below or for repair are allowed and must be pre-approved before you can ship it back to me.

Wrong product shipped
Remedy: You will have to return the product sealed, new, unaltered and complete before I ship the correct item to you.

Change of mind
Remedy: A full refund will be made if I cannot deliver the ordered products in a timely manner as agreed from any form of communication between us or after 30 days of payment or deposit were made. After the product is in transit or shipped, I do not allow such return. Please be sure what you wish to buy and agree to the estimated delivery time frame.

Wrong part ordered - (product do not fit as described)
Remedy: Product must be returned within 5 working days from the date you receive. Must be complete, unaltered and in reasonable condition. (Not applicable to universal parts such as decals, lubricants, oil coolers, radiator fans as an example) I will fully refund the product price. Shipping an handling cost is not refundable.

Damaged or missing part
Remedy: If the condition proves that the damage or loss is due to me. I will reimburse the missing part or replace the damaged product to you at no extra cost. I will not be responsible if damage or loss that is caused beyond my control such as the courier company handling during transportation, natural disaster, riot, war, act of god or demon, other human or animal and insects.

Defective product on arrival
Remedy: I will replace the product at no additional cost provided the product is not physically damaged, is covered by manufacturer warranty, and it is proven that method of installing and the use of the product is done in a correct manner.
Otherwise, see the above rule.

Returning for a product warranty or repair
Remedy: Include the manufacturer warranty card (if available), invoice and proof of purchase together with a note explaining the product fault. Shipping & handling cost will be chargeable.
